Our History

Angel Assist Transport was founded in 2024 by Tyson Lee, a local resident of Bristol, TN. Tyson saw an overwhelming need from the community for affordable non-emergency medical transportation services. Simply put, ambulances are expensive for a simple weekly round trip to dialysis or other standard medical care appointments. Many patients also experience difficulties planning the logistics of drop-offs and pick-ups when having to depend solely on friends and family to get them to important healthcare visits. When Tyson saw these issues and noticed health conditions worsening due to a lack of access to reliable medical transportation, he stood up to answer the call. 


Angel Assist Transport was then founded to serve others with compassion and convenience. The company is a locally owned and operated business designed to alleviate the transportation burdens for recurring medical appointments, all at excellent prices. Our vans are equipped with ADA-compliant wheelchair accessibility devices to ensure complete comfort for all travelers and medical conditions.
